Clearbrooke HOA-Spring Meeting on Monday, April 7th, 2025
Our next Community Meeting will be held on April 7th, 2025 at 7pm. The location is the Elks Lodge adjacent to the community on Elks Road. Here are some of the items on the agenda:
- Special Election to fill vacancy on Board of Directors (Secretary position)
- Receive Financial Report/Budget Report
- Review projected paving projects
- Review State of Delaware/Sussex County plans to improve flooding controls on Sunny Brooke Drive and South Winding Brooike Drive. Maps will be available to show which areas will be specifically impacted.
