Clearbrooke HOA-Summer Mailing
Your new Board of Directors is in place for the next two years. At their Orientation Meeting held on January 5th, 2026, the following positions were appointed:
- President: Michael McDermott
- Vice President: Dean Anderson
- Treasurer: Dana Smith
- Secretary: Diana Engle
- Member: James Blumer
Our transition has been smooth and the Board extends its thanks to outgoing Treasurer Paula Odom for all of her efforts during her term of office.
Found Property:
- One of our residents found a small drone on their property and turned it into the HOA.
- One of our residents found a golf club in one of the common areas.
