Clearbrooke Estates is an established community of 245 single family homes in Sussex County, Delaware nestled between Bridgeville to the  North and Seaford to the South.

We encompass an area west of Route 13 (DuPont Highway) between Canon Road and Elks Road. Our homeowners are family-oriented and we have a wide age range within our community. We are just minutes from parks, golf courses, shopping and dining areas and beaches

The waters and marshes of Delmarva, on both the Atlantic and Chesapeake sides, teem with fish, crustaceans and waterfowl - trout, flounder, bluefish, crabs, oysters, clams, rockfish, muskrat, ducks and geese. On land, there is a cornucopia of potatoes, corn, beans, tomatoes, cantaloupes, watermelons and grains.

Nearby beaches include Rehobboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach and Fenwick Island in Delaware and Ocean City and Assateague Island in Maryland, just over the state line.

The Apple Scrapple Festival, an annual Autumn event, is located in nearby Bridgeville and is very popular with both residents and visitors.

And shopping is tax free. What more could one ask for?
